These terms apply to your use of mechaanthropos.com, our free audit and our services. They're written to be read. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].
1. Who we are
Mecha Anthropos, ABN 15 297 734 660, 470 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004.
2. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. Please don't misuse it, attempt to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Information on the site is general and may change.
3. The free audit
The audit is free and comes with no obligation. When you book it, you agree that before the call we may contact your business's public channels as an ordinary customer would, by phone, web form and message, and record the reply times and replies. We share the results with you on the call. You keep the audit report whether or not you work with us.
4. Our services
We set up and run an automated front desk for your business: replies to missed calls, enquiries and messages, bookings, reminders and follow-ups, with hand-off rules that send sensitive conversations to you. The scope, channels and fees for your business are confirmed in writing in a pilot agreement before work starts. If the pilot agreement and these terms conflict, the pilot agreement applies.
5. Our guarantee
- Live in 14 days. If your front desk isn't live and answering within 14 days of kick-off, you pay no setup fee. Kick-off is the day we have your FAQ answers, prices and the access we need.
- 60-second written reply. If, in any month, an inbound enquiry on a channel we've switched on doesn't get an automated written reply within 60 seconds, you pay no monthly fee for that month. Outages of third-party networks or platforms outside our control are excluded, and we'll tell you about any that happen.
- No lock-in. Every engagement starts with a 30-day pilot, then continues month to month. Cancel at any time in writing, and we'll confirm the date your service ends.
The guarantee covers reply speed. Outcomes such as bookings, sales or revenue depend on many things outside our control, including your enquiry volume, pricing and follow-through, so we don't promise specific results.
6. Fees, refunds and the Australian Consumer Law
Fees are quoted in writing before work starts and invoiced in Australian dollars. Where the guarantee in section 5 applies, we'll waive or refund the relevant fee. Our services also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under it.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, prices and policies.
- Only ask us to message people who have contacted your business or agreed to hear from you, as the Spam Act 2003 requires.
- Review the messages we write for you before go-live and tell us about changes to your prices, hours or policies.
8. SMS terms
If you give us your mobile number, we'll text you about your enquiry and booking: confirmations, reminders and replies. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or 0434 877 564. Standard carrier rates may apply. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party platforms
Our services run on third-party platforms, including HighLevel, telecommunications carriers, Google and Meta. We choose them carefully, but we aren't responsible for their outages or policy changes. We'll work with you to minimise any impact.
10. Intellectual property
You own your business content and customer data. We own our templates, workflows and know-how, and you may use what we build for you while you're a client. Please don't resell or copy our systems without written permission.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. Questions: [email protected], 0434 877 564, 470 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004.
